MANAGEMENT
The Transport Authority is governed by a Board appointed by the Minister. The Board consists of two to four appointed members one of whom is Chairman. There are also five ex-officio members as follows:
- Solicitor General, or nominee;
- Commissioner of Police, or nominee;
- Permanent Secretary Ministry of Housing, Transport, Water and Works, or nominee
- Managing Director
- Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive of the Authority is a Managing Director, appointed by the Board in consultation with the Ministry.
The operations of the Authority falls under nine departments:
