Please click the link to download the Request for Proposal.The Transport Authority invites interested persons to submit Proposals for the Purchase of JAMINTEL Building located at 97-101 Duke Street and 15 North Street, Kingston.The property contain a total area of 61,171.70 square feet97-101 Duke Street supports a seven storey office building with a four storey annex, containing an approximately gross floor area of 7,695.17 square meters or 82,830.12 square feet.Bidders are invited to submit offers in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP is available here as of Friday June 10, 2022. A site visit of the property may be arranged for June 24, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Interested bidders should contact the Transport Authority at no later than June 22, 2022 to confirm.All Proposals being submitted should provide a clear indication of:CONTACT DETAILS: Name, Address and Contact Information of the Bidder(s) responding to the Proposal Firm/Individual Overview.PROFILE: Provide a brief description of the organization or individual, year established, company registration, types of business conducted, and particulars of the directors and shareholders of the company.OFFER: A monetary offer for the acquisition of the properties.GUARANTEE: A Bid Guarantee totaling Four Million Jamaican Dollars (J$4,000,000.00) must be submitted to participate in the divestment process in either:1. Managers Cheque; or2. Bid BondFINANCIAL CAPABILITY: Evidence of the ability to finance the acquisition of the property /properties and the proposed development may be either of the following:1.
