The training for the badge covers three modules, Defensive Driving, Customer Service and Professionalism. The online courses are in the form of games, tips and puzzles which are easy, fun and engaging. Just follow these simple steps and get your badge in no time:
- Pay the fee at the Transport Authority
- You will get an alert on your phone with the details about the online training
- You complete the training whenever and wherever you want
- You then sit the exam and collect your badge
This initiative is a partnership among the Transport Authority, Edufocal and the BCIC as part of the Authority's continued innovation to make training easy and accessible.
Remember all Public Passenger Vehicle Operators are required by law to have a Transport Authority badge.
